Mittell|I guess I shouldn't be so picky regarding a 98 cent book, but it can be had for free, in Kindle format, at Project Gutenberg.
Having said that, this book is a wonderful window into America's 19th century age of exploration. It's remarkably well-written but, being a journal, things do get slow at times.
